The process is easy.
First, remove your nasal slit from your nose, and insert it into your mouth.
It should look like a long thin tube.
Then, make a small incision in the tube at the base of your nose and insert the surgical instrument, which is a scalpel.
The incision should be a few millimeters wide.
This should be about a 1/4 inch wide.
When the incision is made, place the scalpel down on the surgical edge of the tube.
Make sure you are not touching your nose.
Now, gently pull the scalped instrument back into the tube and gently put it back into your nostril.
Now close your mouth and breath through the incised opening, and it should be back in your nose again.
This procedure will remove all of the mucus from your mouth, and then you can take your medication.
If you want to remove the mucous from your skin, do so at home.
The process takes about 10 minutes.
